Step 1 - Place your order
If you have seen a design you love on our website please message us letting us know which design you like, which items you need, how many of each and which country you need them shipped to. Then we will give you a options, prices, payment details and send you a template to complete. Once you have ordered we will book your order in. If you would like something not shown in our store, please email us with your requirements and we will be happy to discuss. Step 2 - The design process After you have ordered and completed the template, will use create some first drafts for your review within a day or two. These can be passed back and forth via email until you are 100% happy to proceed to production (the first 3 rounds of revisions are free, £20 a round thereafter). You can also order a single printed copy of your drafts to be sent to you in the mail for extra peace of mind, if required, before full production. Once you are 100% happy your order will be sent to production (exciting!). Step 3 - Production & delivery Production takes up to 5 week days (unless you have a very complex order with containing items that take extra time, for example: handmade pocket folds, fitted envelope liners, intricate foiling, lamination), but most orders are completed within 2-3 days. If you are in a rush then please let us know from the beginning so we can let you know if it will be possible to deliver by your deadline (usually it is no problem). Following production, shipping takes approx 3-4 days within the UK and around 5-6 days for international orders.
