Christmas Printing Deadlines
We are open until the 23rd December and can undertake any design work with you until then.
The printer closes for Christmas on the 20th December and it takes him a few days to process orders. Please approve your designs before 14th if you would like your order shipped before Christmas. Any artwork which is approved by you after 14th December will not be shipped until after the printer returns on the 4th January. If you are not in a rush, our advice is to approve your order with us by 23rd December and leave production until 4th January. We say this because when sending invites out over the Christmas break to your guests it is more likely that they will be lost/delayed in the Christmas post, or forgotten about by your guests in the Christmas madness! January, on the other hand, is a lovely time to receive a wedding invite as everyone is looking for something new and exciting after the Christmas festivities. Note for orders containing Foil or Lamination, or complexities such as glued envelope liners: The printer has given us a 10th December deadline for these items, to allow the printer to process this complex work before he closes on the 20th. Please approve your artwork by the 10th if you would like shipping before Christmas. International customers: If you are not in the UK, we will need your approval by 14th December (or 10th if the order is complex, see above). Also if your order contains Wax or a custom Stamp then we will need your approval by 10th December, or shipping of your order will need to wait until the week of the 4th January (The wax stamp has to be custom made and shipped to us from the factory, so we are beholden to the suppliers & their lead-times). If you have any questions, please just ask, and do have a lovely Christmas and New year :) |
