Terms and conditions
What if the courier causes a delay? Very occasionally delivery may be affected by an event outside our control. Once the parcel is collected by the courier we do not have any control over the progress of the shipment. The delivery times we state are given to us by the courier companies, and are to be considered estimates. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. A shipment may be subject to unforeseen delays (especially when ordering internationally or intercontinentally). Examples of these currently include: the international truck driver-shortage, covid-19, brexit, and human error as courier companies are currently experiencing huge levels of demand. As a solution, we recommend ordering your products with an extra week or two factored in to your timescale, to ensure the delivery is with you in good time. How to resolve a delay If the order is delayed, the best first step is for us, and you, to contact the courier to query the progress of the delivery. This causes the courier to look into the issue more quickly and often expedites the delivery. It is much more effective if both you*, and us, contact the courier (*This is because the customer will be able to better understand the local geography and advise the courier on any delivery address-access issue the driver may be encountering). Following an email reply from the courier to us both, if the progress of the shipment is not updated for 20 days, and the original delivery address provided by the customer was correct, we would consider the delivery to be a failure. We will then re-print and re-ship the order for free, using the same level of shipping. We will never leave the customer empty handed. Customs & import duties Feel Good Invites does not cover, and will not be responsible for, the payment of any additional overseas customs or import charges, duties or taxes incurred when the parcel reaches the destination country. Please enquire with your government's import office if you are concerned that your order may incur import taxes when it ships from the UK. Contact us Have a question?
